Floor Restore Waikato is a Hamilton based floor sanding company that specialises in sanding & coating, residential timber floors. Owner/operator Chris Powell has over 25 years experience in the flooring industry and has been running his own business for the past 15 years. Floor Restore Waikato is solely owned and operated. Please allow up to 15m2/day for the sanding and then 4 days to apply the 4 coats of polyurethane.
All sanding, products, labour, travel and woodfilling are included in the price.
All nails are punched and filled with a similar coloured wood-filler.
Extra costs may apply for board repairs, wooden plugs and joint gluing & filling.
Floor Restore Waikato does not do Concrete, Cork tiles, Stairs, Decks, Oils, Whitewashing or Coloured staining.
